Why, Hello there East House.

So as many of you may or may not know, today is my last day scribing for you lovely people. (TEAR)

Game Plan:

-SSR  + Blue Margin Questions.

-Sign up for Scop day! (1st roatation, next week)

-Work on epic poem.

So with that being said, here’s a quick overview of everything we did today! So in beginning we went over SSR, just like always. Then Mrs. Edwards had us pick cards, and whatever number we picked is the number we’re going to present this Tuesday! After she gave us in class time to work on our poems. Make sure you use kennings, alliterations, and present in a very professional matter. Good luck my East House People! Also, don’t forget to due Blog Assignment #5!

First, we started off with sustained silent reading and then Mrs. Edwards went to immediately to stamp all of our questions for the remainder of Beowulf. For some people, she did collect all the questions we’ve had for the unit, but if you didn’t bring it that’s okay too; just remember to bring them all on Friday. (THEY ALL MUST BE STAMPED!) Then she went through a very descriptive overview into the 21 st. century hero’s. The objective of the actual project is to make sure we pick a 21 st century person or group of people, and make an epic poem about them. We were  grouped in pairs. So, that means eventually we’re gonna have to present!
